I used my experience in attending professional development events in being able to enter various mindspaces.  This was the basis for a very short, 8 minute presentation that I conducted as part of Caro Jende's (from Youth Arts Queensland) topic on Spaces and did it alongside Travis Dowling (Music Coordinator for 2high Festival 2009).  Feel free to download!
